How long will my order take?
If you ordered from Ireland it won’t take longer than a week from the moment I post it, if you are ordering from anywhere else in Europe, it can take up to 3 weeks.
Please bear in mind that at times the post might have a bigger workload due to circumstances I can’t control, allow for a few extra days before you reach out to me 🙂
What can I do if my order has not arrived?

Do you do custom portraits?
I do, but under very specific circumstances. Commisions will only be open during certain periods, for the latest updates, follow my Instagram (@sarasohdraws)!
How can I order a custom portrait?
To order a custom portrait, send me an email with the picture you would like me to work with.
How much are custom portraits?
Custom portraits take a lot of hours to get finished, as I like to create something I’m genuinely proud of. The price starts at 50€ for one person; every extra person is 20€, and an extra copy would be included 🙂
How can I pay for a portrait?
I take Revolut, Paypal and Bizum
What will come in my envelope?
I try my hardest to not waste paper or plastic when I ship orders. Depending on what you order and where you ordered from you will get either a padded envelope with cardboard sheets to ensure nothing bends or a cardboard backed evelope, as well as a hand-written note by me, because I’m very thankful for your order!
I don’t send any more paper or plastic such as business cards when I post my orders because, although it looks amazing I feel like it’s unnecessary waste. Plus, you guys already know where to find me if you are shopping online! <3
How do I know my order is confirmed?
You should get a confirmation email once the order goes through!
I never got a confirmation email
Make sure to check your spam folder! If the email is nowhere to be seen, make sure to reach out to me, and I will confirm to you if I got your order!
