I’ve seen a lot of hate on big foreheads on social media, and a lot of my friends struggle loving theirs.
Whether it is because you’re balding or simply because your hairline starts further back, a lot of people have larger foreheads than others, and that’s ok.
Once again, there’s barely any representation of this beautiful feature in the media or contemporary arts, and it’s interesting, because centuries ago women would pluck their hairlines to make their foreheads appear larger.
I believe we have established by now that beauty is subjective, although phenomenons such as pretty privilege are a very real issue, and I personally think big foreheads are beautiful too and deserve a lot more positive representation ❤️
